yes i use that grease too (well the one i m using looks more like a hard wax), but when i m done with the 320 with the grease i go over the area with polishing compound on top of the used 320 roll takes 2 minutes and it makes a little easier to buff after.

Not a bad idea...you're gonna give away all your secrets if you stick aroud here long enough!

don t worry i could do this for a long long time and still hae a few aces up my sleeve. remember i been doing this for over 18 years

Look here: http://www.caswellplating.com/buffs/compound2.html

Use the F-10 for high-speed stuff like cartridge rolls; use the F-26 for slower sanding belts, etc. DO NOT use the F-10 for slow speeds...it'll put a glaze on the abrasive that ruins it and is tough to get off even with a belt cleaner.
