I would like to refinish a vintage steelcase tanker desk. I want to get the 'exposed metal' look, and on the one piece of my desk that I sandblasted down to the metal I noticed it had a 'Light shiny Aluminum' look to it. I want to achieve a darker nickeled almost graphite look to the steel.
What would the best product/technique to use to achieve this look? Here's what I want to achieve: ![]() |
