Default flexable shaft polishing

is there a flex shaft that has the power to polish with a 3" working surface without getting ripped from your hand? the part will be mounted in a vise and will be starting with a vib finish and have to go to a mirror ,flawless finish.

You shouldn't have any problems with the buff getting ripped out of your hand if you buff the edges with the wheel spinning towards the inside of the part. As for using 3" wheels, caswell's arbor shaft should work.
