Hi every one. I am a newbie to polishing and this site. I am polishing out my rims on my 07 yamaha R6. I got the white bar and wondering what I mix this with? I heard to use minereal spirits? How do I use this bar to polish? thanks again for any help provided.

you don't mix the bars with anything. you either need a decent powered electric motor buffer or a speed controlled die grinder on air with an assortment of wheels that you use the compounds (rouge as the title says) to polish out the metal.
i'm in the process of polishing my entire zx6r at the moment, and after doing the full wheel instead of the lips, i would suggest against doing the whole thing unless it's a show bike. here's what mine looked like after about 20 hours of stripping, sanding and polishing ![]() and that's not even a show quality job, it's for an everyday rider |

dyerj1999,
I would suggest that you read the link below if you already haven't. MOTORCYCLE POLISHING 101 CLASS IS IN SESSION! This will answer most of your questions, if not ask away. John |
