Default Vented Buffs

I wanted to know about the treated and untreated vented buffs. I am looking for the best to buff copper plate. Are they any cleaner than a sprial sewn? Do they last longer? Thanks, Todd

tbreaden,

The treated buffs are normally a little harder that the untreated hence they cut faster, and they will last longer. Copper is kind of soft so I'd be careful how much pressure I'd apply.

If your talking about them "fraying" when buffing, after initial break in they should fray less than untreated buffs.

i work with a lot of treated buffs but i don t do much copper plate . like john said be careful not to apply too much pressure because those treated buffs
can go through copper plate in no time
