Removed casting bumps...now what? - Plating Powder Coating Buffing Anodizing

I had some welding work done a piece of cast aluminum. The rest of the piece has those casting bumps except for the new area. Is there a paint that can renew the old finish and bring back the effect of the bumps?

Are you still wondering what to do with the casting that was repaired and now does not have the san=me surface appearance? If so post and I will give you an idea what what you might do. Bennie

yes i would like to be able to get the bumps back

you may be able to bead blast it to get a even look
