Painting over chromed plastic &chromed exhaust pipes

Hello all,
I need to figure out how to paint over chromed plastic items,(turn signal housings,headlight bucket) on my friends motor cycle. What paint will give the best, most durable results? How should the part be prepped?
What about rattle-can finishes?

What about a chromed exhaust? is there some hi temp matte or satin finish that can be applyed over chromed exhaust pipes?

Any help would be deeply appreaciated. Please help.

Try looking under the powder coating section for Techline's Black Satin Exhaust coating. I've been told it is a matte finish and doesn't require baking, air dry. All you need is a detail/airbrush gun to apply
