Building power supply from manual
Has any one build the power supply from the manual? I went digging through my electronics stuff this morning and found everything except the power transformers, caps., and the voltage regulator. I've got a standand 30A 13.8V charger.
From my initial measurements a 3A supply from Caswells isn't going to be big enough. I am not sure if I need to spend the money on a 25A yet. Would it be worth to spend the ~$40 to build the power supply from the manual as a test set up to determine my current needs or is the Caswell model worth buying right of the bat? Thanks Dave
