Default copper antiquing

i have covered a vent hood from assorted sizes of copper sheeting. the picture i copied has a sort of antique look (the article said it was acid washed). i need recommendations on how to do this with one of these products. it is already attached to the hood, so dipping would be a problem.
suggestions?

Caswell has quite a few products to do what you are wanting. I think they can be used rub on style. Not many conversations on that subject. Maybe Mike or Lance can put in a word. I'll see if I can run across the product and post you a link.

There are quite a few there that work on copper, and they can all be rubbed or sprayed on to get different effects.
