Restoring a 1967 Plymouth barracuda

hey anyone know any place in the northeast which i can take a car that is pretty rusty has many rust holes in it and have all the rust removed? My dad said there is chemical dipping but i cant find anything about it online. I need to get it ready to take it a guy that is going to weld it for me but i need all the rust gone before i can do that. Anyone know anything about chemical dipping for what else it may be called or even better anyone know a place that can do that?
