Mill Enclosure - Coolant Problems

I am waiting for delivery of my desktop CNC mill. I have designed a sheetmetal enclosure for it to keep all the chips and coolant from going everywhere. I have a nice garage so far, so I want the enclosure to look good (i.e. I want to paint it), and I'm concerned about corrosion since the coolant is water-based. I can't seem to find a good coating to use for the inside of the enclosure. I will be wiping it down with chips and abrasive items, so I need something that will last.

Any ideas?

Have someone bend a galvanized pan for you and solder the corners. Or you can have a stainless steel pan bent and TIG the corners!

Powder coating would hold up pretty good under normal use. You wouldn't want to sand it but just wiping down with a cloth shouldn't hurt it that bad. I think our CNC's at work are powder coated. You could bend all of your panels, have them pc'ed, and use stainless pop rivets to assemble them.
