Default Electrolysis cleaning a truck cab using an arc welder, Question

I have used electrolysis to clean, derust and strip paint in a fifty gallon barrel with great results. I am restoring a 1954 Ford truck. I am thinking it may be easier and take less time to get a tank and use electrolysis to strip it than to do it by hand. I would use a washing soda (soda ash) solution. I have a home made DC power source with adjustable voltage that I use in the barrel now. It would put out about 25 amps and 6 volts. I also have a Miller Dialarc HF stick/tig 250 amp welder and a Millermatic 200 mig welder to use for a power source. Which machine would be best? Has anyone tried something like this? Thanks, Danny
