Default Removing previous Anodized Coating

I have some RC car parts that have a blue anodized coating. I am looking at removing that coating and recoloring with another of your colors. Is that possible? If so, can the old coating be completely removed?

Thanks!

Looking forward to using your products. The samples look really good!

You have to use the anodize stripper to remove the anodized layer, then re-anodize and re-dye.

viper753, To strip the old anodizing finish, I like to use a sodium hydroxide solution to etch the surface off. You can get this at the local grocery or hardware store called lye.

Works well for me
