I am using plum-loy on a rear window frame of a 57 Chevy. It is a cast pot metal. I have cleaned and drilled all pits, and have flashed coppered it looks great. When I paint on plum-loy and heat it does not flow very smooth. I have used propane and oxy-acc torch with not much difference. Should I pre heat and paint on? And what is best to use for sanding plum-loy flap wheel, greaseless compounds, palm sander, or something else? Thanks tbreaden
