My friends father is building a hot rod and had asked me to weld togeather his exhaust pipe tips on his t-bucket. prob is that he tried it before me and ground down to far so now the pipes have a slight dip in them in some spots or small pit marks. what can I use to fill in the pit marks and dips and get a nice smooth finsh so they can be jet coated.. will Lab-metal work or do I have to use filling rods or something like that...
