Default Which Clear finish for polished aluminum?
I am customizing a compound bow. I have the aluminum riser polished to a beautiful chrome-like polish. I now want to protect it from oxidation. Which VHT product would be best? The polyurethane wheel coating or the high heat engine paint? Or... whould powder coating be best? Any advice is welcome! Thanks for looking

Our customers have had good success using the Flameproof coating for clear coats.

I used Flameproof on my Exhaust Manifold and it turned brownish/black after the first engine run. Just my $.02 worth.
