Default Air Compressor Recommendation - Silvachrome

For those people using silvachrome, what model of air compressor are you using?
I understand a filter for moisture should be used? Are the filters expensive? Lowe's Home Center has a $199.00 compressor model which produces 5.1 SCFM @ 90 PSI/6.5 SCFM @ 40 PSI. Does this sound about the right price for a model that would work for Silvachrome application? I'm on a tight budget. Any help appreciated.

Also, what type of compressor system would I need to apply Silvaspray (not to be confused with Silvachrome)? Can a small hobby system be used for small parts or is a higher PSI system like that above needed?

Thank You.
