Oven wont keep temp help me out guys

Hey guys and gals! I need to see if you guys can help me out here. I bought an household oven to PC with and never got to use it because the house we rent the oven went out. So the wife made me give up my oven that I was going to PC with for the house. The problem with the old oven is that it wont keep temp! I think it maybe the temp prob but not to sure? So I was wondering if you guys can help me out here. Iam tired of only doing small parts with my toaster oven. I'm slowly get the parts for my 4x4x8 oven but if this is a cheap fix I will do it for now.

Normally its either the temp probe or the controller (thermostat) so check prices and decide from there.
