Default Another nugget in need of help

    Hello
Im building a 30'' x 30'' x 60'' oven. I am using a stand up freezer for the inside sheet metal metal studs for the outside shell with pink house insulation surrounding the whole outside. For the outside I will either be using concrete board or sheet metal Most likely concrete board because of price.
The oven is going to be heated by propane and a 55,000 btu heater. I am going as low tec as possible.
I am looking for suggestions on some part numbers for a pid, a gas solenoid, and anything else I will need other then the basic shell of the oven I have read for the last few weeks on this and other forums and am still lost.
I looked at my heater and it only needs 3 amps for ignition and total
So correct me if im wrong but this http://www.auberins.com/index.php?ma...7111aa1592af0e
would work and I would not need another relay depending on how much juice the gas valve needed to open
    Thanks to all
    Josh

Just a little update I found a awesome metal supply place that has a return/overstock/damaged area out side the main building. I got gal steel for .50 a pound. so no more messing with the hardy-backer. I started bending the outside shell last night. I dont have a break at all but a 2x4 two c clamps and a bfh and I was able to bend all the sides so they over lap and can be welded together. I am welding on the 5 sides of the box and only screwing on the lower pan I have made so later on when I need a little bigger oven I can just unscrew the bottom and use the outside as the new inside and pull out the old freezer (dont waster your time with a freezer imo I only was able to use the top and left and right sides the back and bottom I had to make my self. Still trying to figure out how to control it but I will be doing a manual test run this weekend and let the oven burn off anything left from the old insulation.
keep up the great sight and I will post pictures tonight or tomorrow of the build.

Test fired the oven manualy tonight as I am still waiting my pid.
On the high heat setting it hit
    400 4:38
    450 6:47
    475 8:40
    500 9:49
    525 14:18
    550 17:09
was stoked because I dont even have a door seal yet. temps were taken with a new oven thermometer so they could be slightly off I let it sit at 550 for 10 min with the heater set on the low setting and it held right around that temp.
I also opened the door and shot the wall with my ir gun and it was reading 528
Pretty happy with the build and I know it can hit 600 with the door seal on.
