huge oven 10x5x24 propane

im building a 10x5x24 foot oven that will be propane powerd like big toys but with 3 150 btu air forced heaters .
I built my frame out of 3x3 3/16 wall tubing im going to use 22 gage hot roll steel inside and out the reason im build a big oven is that im moving and ther is not a powder coater a around for 50 miles and i build drive way gates that are about 8 feet tall . i know it sound like i made the frame a little over kill but i had it layin around from a job I will post some pics soon of it so you can see my build and give me adivice on the way too

SO I thought I would show you guys my progress that I have made I have about 5 grand in to it but its comming out realy nice here are some pice

Im using a 300,000 btu air forced propane heater 1000 dregee insalation and 16 ga galv sheets in side and out with a 3x3 tubing for the for the frame and i made the oven 10x20x5 instead

Perfect!!! I plan to build one of similar size in the near future, I get call all the time for stuff that is to big for my current oven and it seems it would all fit into an oven that size. I also plan to use propane. I will be watching this post, please us updated!! Lookin good BTW!!

last night i got the top all done insolated and skined all i have left os to do the floor and wite it up my heater will be here next week and so should my powder coating gun ill find some pics of the heater unit im using soon
