Default Been thinking of building an oven

I've had a thought of an oven in my head for a little while then found this place here is my thought:
Welding an two boxes out of aluminum. one 2" smaller then the other and packing insulation in between. Using 4-6 heating elements from household stoves. I have not figured out yet how to run them or control temp(i'm not a great electrician). The oven is going to be inside size: 4' x 6' x 4'. I've notice a few oven builds on this site done with steel stud channeling. what would be the best idea?? Any help/critizism would help. I was thinking of welding it from aluminum because i need some more practice before my next big project..

Do you have the electrical service to support an oven this size? You're going to need an 70-100 amp circuit to heat this properly imo.

Also, quick thought. I was thinking and thinking. What if i only welded the interior box then just wrapped it in insulation?

It's the amperage that matters. Does it have a 200 amp service?

You can't change a 30 amp breaker to a 100 amp without rewiring the complete circuit.

But, I was asking about the main breaker rating in the service panel. If the panel is capable of supporting a circuit of the correct amperage then a new circuit could be installed. I think you need a qualified electrician to look at this panel and tell you what can safely be installed.

He is a qualified electrician. I couldn't wire a light bulb into a light socket lol. I'm doing the building of the box he's going to handle wiring the thermostat and elements.
