Default Does my math add up?

OK installing a 60 Amp CB for my 240v Oven outlet. You want to keep it at 80% so I take 48A x 240v = 11500 Watts.

Is that correct? I can use 4 2880 Watt elements.

    Do I win?!

That's correct, you are the winner(but you still need to build the oven and controls).

Thank. I plan on just pulling the controlls and wiring out of two ovens and use those Starting to collect parts and materials over the next week. I have to try not to kill myself tomorrow adding the Outlet/circuit in my garage.

That may not work well unless you are going to use multiple controls from the ovens. Even ovens with self cleaning cycles typically only use 2 elements at a time. Attempting to use 4 is going to surely create an overload on the wiring, and whatever is used to control the element switching such as a contactor.
