Default PID/Contactor wiring HELP Needed ASAP.......

Long story short my old oven control setup Bit the dust...LOL

    So i bought these parts:

    SYL-2342 PID From Auberins
    •Model: CN-PBC402-120V Contactor
    •Model: WRNK-171 Thermocoupler

Got everything wired per Teds Schematic off his website and the PID comes on and i can set the Temp and hear the Contactor Click on , but no heat to the Elements ?

This is a pic of the old setup i was using for 7-years.. BTW im only running 3-3000watt elements..

I'm new to this but just built my first oven. I used the following schematic and it works like a charm. Hope it helps.

If the contactor is cycling on/off then the problem is most likely in faulty wiring. With the contactor closed, the L1 terminal passes voltage thru to the T1 terminal and the L2 to the T2. The elements should have 1 connection to each of the contactor outputs(T1 - T2). If you have a multimeter, check that you have 240 volts at the elements.

PS: I've been away from the forum for most of the summer, so I'm slowly getting back and caught up. I apologize to anyone who has sent me pm's to which I have not replied. Ed

Hope it was just a vacation or a hiatus.... nothing bad that kept you from the forums.

Thanks Scott, Nothing bad, I just got a little burnt out with powder coating and such so I decided to take the summer off. Good to see some familiar names/faces again.
