Nice job on the oven and is that a Banshee frame?

Kind of an odd angle to tell.

Assume Job!

What did you use for the inner and outer layers? How much do you respectively think you spent on this build of an oven? What did the inner dimension come out to be? What kind of power supply does this oven require? How hard was it to get the ATV frame in there since you have the burners on the bottom? Thanks for posting your pics for us. I am sure these are going to motivate some of us.
Thanks
Mike

Mike,
I used 20 gauge sheet metal . The front corner's of the frame that the
hindge's are welded to is 4 by 4 inch by 1/4 angle. The rest of the frame
is 1/4 flat bar and angle to rivet the sheet metal to. The internal size is
3ft. dp. by 4ft high by 5 ft. long , it's just long enough for the ATV I did,
I didn't think it would be that long. I have 2 -3500 watt element's which
is just under 30 amps. It cost me about $1500.00 can., about $1100.00
U.S. and almost all the electricial was donated . I'm told the price of steel
has gone up over 30% in the last mounth or so. As far as getting the
frame in the oven, I did it by hand , lifting the at the hanging hook's. I
plan on getting a small cherry picker to move heavy item's from the booth
to the oven.
Good Luck in oven building,
Art
