That looks good so far. I would suggest that you make a new right side and build a pan for the floor and use the short right side as the door. The pan on the bottom can serve as an element tray and to insulate the floor of the oven. Where in NJ are you from?I'm also from NJ. I have a few ideas that might help you with hanging things and finishing it off. I also have some brand new oven wire you will need. It's made for 500f direct heat. I have a few things left over from when I built my oven. It's nice to see a 15yo with a little drive.

You'll need to isolate your elements from your controls. I used a mercury contactor, because my oven is 14KW, but that might be a bit expensive for your budget. There are mechanical contactors you can use that are alot less expensive, but your oven needs to be less than 7KW. I would suggest you get in contact with a mechanical contractor and electrician to assist you in figuring out the wiring. There are alot of mechanical contractors that work closely with local high schools and vo-tech. If you're polite and professional you might get one to help you out. You can ask a local shop or vo-tech teacher to help you make contact with someone who is qualified to help you. That much power is not something to be played with. I think you've got the right idea but You are nearing the point where you might need a little more than do-it-yourself instruction. As I said in my previous post I have some essentials left over from when I built my oven and would be glad to donate them to the cause. I have Industrial oven wire(10ga), ceramic wire nuts, I even have ceramic light fixtures. Just let me know. My wiring will not help you though as I am using an industrial digital temp controller and a thermocoupler which will not wire in to a standard oven configuration.

I changed my plans. I gutted a refrigerator and did a bunch of ish. I combined both doors as 1. You can see in the pics on the bottom of the frig. there was like a indent for the compressor and stuff so I just cut it out and used some sheet metal to cover it up. The hardest part of this project was taking out the old insulation, boy was that a pain in the @ss. Here are the pics:
