Couple things... you could probably save some money going to low voltage control...You could pick up the Element lights off the coil and not the element.. 2 start stops? If low voltage you could start the sequence a light switch... Couple things I'd do different but it looks good!
Don't forget the fan circuit

I went with the 24vac control for 2 reasons.. one i have the transformer and the hi limit switch. I could just have one start/stop...

KZjim,

I believe your input voltage should have FOUR wires! Two hot wires, one comman, and one ground.

jrow.. ya know.. i went back and reviewed my drawing.. and looked at the original schematic from the oven i secured the element and other gear from and its only a 3 wire, hot, common and gnd..... go figure.. my current dbl oven is 2 hots a common and a gnd...

jayc... not yet.. im gonna work on it this week end if it dosent get too damn cold... i have been doing a bunch of small parts for a local hot rodder.. so im spendin more time PC'in then workin on the oven.. go figure...

KZjim,

If thats the case I would think that element would be 110V.

OK.. new pics of the oven... havent had much time to work on it... too busy with PC'ing....
ANyway.. here are 2 pics of the door frame and the rack inside to slide stuff in and out. The door is just a frame right now... it will get skinned this week.
Once all the mechanical is done i can finish the electrical.

its a runner.. not finished.. but it will run up to 400 in roughly 15min with no insulation. Insulation is next, i have all the stuff but since i got it running i have been using it a lot with no time to work on it.
