I hate to say it but this is how I knew I had a PM. The thing at the top of the screen in not very obvious, I wish there was a pop-up or something telling me that there is a PM. In fact, I just this second noticed that there is a new one up there

On the oven help: I can't build you one but I'll try to dig up the list of parts I used. I'll send an email next week after I look for the stuff.

Got it (the PM). And the emails, those are way more reliable (see above). The studs I used were plain old steel building (interior) studs from Lowe's. The rivets were from Ace Hardware, they are the ones with the large heads, the biggest diameter they had. It would be great to get a bix bulk box of them but I couldn't find one.

I think the aluminum was .050 (5052), or the next size under, but I think thinner steel would be even better. I don't know if galvanized would be OK, has anyone tried that or know about the heat effect on galvanized steel? I think it would be cheaper and not expand as much with heating.

Last time I looked at the McMaster Carr web site I couldn't find the 120V heating elements. I'll look again.

I'll try to come up with more info.
