O, the wires are not connected with tape, I connected them with those things were you crimp both wires to it and it connects them. The tape is just there for, pretty much no reason.

It looks good... I'd give it a A+ for the clever use/recycling of the 'fridge...
I gotts second the taped wiring... solder or wire nut first then tape it up.
15yo or not..Ya did a good job.. Ive seen guys twice your age 'rig' stuff together so bad.. its a wonder they are still walking...

How much do you need an element in the top of an oven? I was thinking the side since the heat will accumulate in the top unless a fan like others said.

I ask cause I like this idea.

What kind of inside lining is in there, did you stripp out the plastic lining first, is that cement board inside over sheet metal, going to start working on my self and trying to figure out the inside of it any help would be greatfull

not to bad there man.... maybe u could roast a beef slab also.... i might have to make one to replace my kitchen oven i use for small stuff..
