Maybe a fan like pickle said and possibly a vent in the top. Another suggestion would be to slide a piece of metal under the element, maybe space it up a 1/4". That will help reflect the heat UP.. What are you doing for a door gasket? |

I think your oven looks great! I don't want to bust your bubble, BUT, I see some twisted wire, taped electrical connections on the back of your frig. If I were you I would solder these and any other electrical connections that are just taped. After you solder them, then tape them with rubber tape and then plastic tape. If for some unforeseen reason those connections happen to come apart with the oven on!!! I don't think I have to go into detail as to what could happen. These connections could also get hot when the oven is on and burn you. You can also use wire nuts and tape them, but I believe that soldering would give you a better connection.
