Default Meat Smoker Ovens?
I was doing some hardware shopping today, and came across several different sized smoker ovens. They were gas fired, with several shelves inside.

I had a QUICK look at it, and it looked to me like one could line the inside with mineral wool. Has anyone considered this? Is it feasible?
