Default Anyone Looking To Build Like This One?

IF ANYONE HAS ANY QUESTIONS ON HOW TO BUILD THIS OR WOULD LIKE ONE BUILT, EMAIL ME AT HVAC60441@SBCGLOBAL.NET. I AM A SHEETMETAL WORKER, ME AND A GOOD FRIEND DESIGNED THIS ONE IT TAKES 20 MINS TO HEAT UP TO 375 AND THE PART IS HEAT SOAKED IN THE SAME AMOUNT OF TIME AND THEN THE CURING TIME SO AVERAGE RUN TIME IS ABOUT 45 MINS. ELEMENTS CYCLE ON AND OFF ABOUT 5 ON AND 3 OFF SO YOUR POCKET ISNT HURT TO BAD. THIS RUNS ON A 40 AMP BREAKER AND HAS A SPEED CONTROL ON THE BLOWER MOTOR FOR BETTER FLOW.

Looks great! What type of metal and thickness did you use for the interior?

Instead of emailing you with questions on how the oven was built, etc., couldn't we talk about it here? This is a forum, after all

I Used 22 Gauge Metal In The Interior And 24 On Exterior. The Blower Is A Double Shafted Motor With 2 Blowers Which Blow Air In And Down Thru The Duct And Out The Holes In The Wall. The Return Comes From The Bottom Across The Elements. I Have Found Pulling Air From The Bottom Instead Of The Top Works Better To Keep A Even Temp. I Used Unistrut To Build A Rack Inside And You Can Slide The Hanger To Any Height. I Also Used Bolt Hangers For Larger Heavier Items. It Took About 20 Hours To Build This From Scratch, And About 300 Hours Of Research

Sounds great. Couple of questions:

1. What did you build the walls from, metal studs? How do they get their shape?

2. Are the walls sheet steel? If so is is galvanized?
