electric-heating-elements-small.jpg215 CFM is in my opinion just right. Not to much to blow things araoun but enough to keep the heat moving and the elements from burnung out (found out the hard way). The rod type elements are made by Gemline and I still have to get the numbers for you. I will go down teo the shop tonight for them. These are a few photo's of my latest oven.

electric-heating-elements-small5.jpg As you can see my elements are inside the wall of the oven. It protects them and gives you more ovent pace. It also puts them in the air stream.
