Talking Being on top or bottom, which do you prefer?

OK.. Now that i have your attention....

I'm adding a circulation fan to the oven... which would be the best place;

the Top? to move the cooler air down?
or
the bottom? to drive the hoter air up?

Has anyone realle experemented with this? opnions?

Default Re: Being on top or bottom, which do you prefer?

i would think that the top position is best. most stock ovens that have fans have them located in the top. this will push the hot air back down since it rises by itself.
