my pregnated oven is done ,what my question is, after my temp is set on my thermostat ,once its reached that temp should the elements cycle on and off? what im getting at is how will i know when set temp is reached.

Yes, once set point is reached the elements should cycle on and off to maintain temperature.
I wouldn't rely on the oven thermostat to be real accurate. Most will get a digital thermometer with remote probe. IMHO |
