Default inside or out

my metal ,should isulation be on the inside or outside ,and what type ,perferably the easiest to find,also how to install ? ANY INFO IS HELPFULL

Line the outside of the oven on all sides with mineral wool.
It may take a ew phone calls to find (9 in our case), but it is perfect for what we use it for!
We found regular fiberglass insulation gets a bit too warm for our tastes!
