Gas fired oven in central PA or Northern MD

Does any one in the central PA/northern MD area have a gas fired oven that I could come and look at? I am leaning toward gas fired due to the size of oven i am building, 6' x 6' x 10'. I have a good idea in mind but would like to see one in person or receive some good pictures of the burner setup.
I am wondering if i should run the burners from side to side, 6' length, or front to back, 10' length. I have been thinking side to side so i could install a partition and only heat a small area of the oven if called for.

Its a 8x8x13. I have (4) 75,000 BTU tube heaters under it. going side to side.

Im in the middle of building a 6x6x8 also and im using (1) 100,000 BTU heater
Daytons like this just 75k and 1000k BTU units
