That looks really good. It seems like the blower might get too hot, but I'm only guessing. The way it ducts air from top to bottom looks like a good idea. That definitely looks like a first class oven. I think you'll be happy that you went with a side-opening door, I did mine top-opening and it's kind of a pain to get things in and out.

Johnny wants me to come up with some type of trolly so we don't have to put our arms and hands in the oven, but I just can't seem to come up with a plausable idea

Thanks Popeye!
I like the roller trolley set up, now I just have to figure out how to add a removable length to the portion that would mount on the oven's ceiling to extend it out from the face of the oven. Whe I say he doesn't want to stick his arm in the oven, he doesn't want to get that close at all!
SO I need the trolly track to extend out of the oven.
I am still open for any thoughts and ideas. I am into anything that makes it easy!
Mike

I found some track that works like a champ. Its sliding barn door track, its real heavy duty and costs about $20.00 for an 8 foot length. I got it at a tractor supply comany which is a chain store around here. They also have the roller kits for the track but you have to remove the plastic dust shield before you use it or it will melt (been there, what a mess). I mounted it directly to the roof of the oven.
