Ok did a lil more research and correct me if I am wrong but the neutral will go to a1 on the contactor, the out #8 screw on the temperature controller will go to a2. Now from the schematics that stan sent I have to bridge #7 to #11 on the controller and run #11 and #12 to L1 and L2 correct heopfully that is and wil just leave me with the wiring of the elements tkz again guys and hope this helps someone else out if they where totally lost like me

Ok did some quick test runs today and it take about 40-45 min. to reach 400 so I am thinking I might add 2 more elements since I have a more room to play with the 60 amp contactor, but let me ask when you cure do you start timing when you put item in and turn on the oven or when it reaches its tempeture then start clock?
