Are you running two elements? Hard to see. If so, what temp did you reach?

Thanks,
Nice job by the way.

I started with one an ended up using two. Knocked my heat up time down to 5 minutes. Thanks.

It's going strong, as for a working list of items....
I basically had a stove, fridge, and a sheet of metal. Drill and pop rivets, insulation. that was a bout it. Tried to recycle as much as I could to keep the cost down. Like I said about 75.00 in it was all.

I will be converting another soon. A old freezer. Going to slice off one end and make it the door. That way I can add sections to make it longer if needed. Just unlatch the door and pop in another section. Hope it works out well.
Right now ummmm I've been getting a lot of intakes for some reason. Not very big but easy to do in the oven. Main reason for building it was I have a very bad back and stooping over with items to get them in the household oven wasn't cutting it. This makes it a breeze.

hello hobwed, totally impressed m8, i have been reading for months on building a oven, so your build has given me the motivation to get off my butt and locate a donar oven, i have earmarked various items such as a 3 droor filing cabinet and a small sized fridge, but i will be looking at baking no bigger than cycle frame. i will keep my eyes open for a large stand up freezer etc.
i will be asking a million and one questions with photo's when i get my desired donar.all the electrics seem very daunting, but once finished it is better than spending hundred/thousands on an oven.i have tried to buy a curing oven but have come to a stop on the net, being in the UK doesn't help either
take care to all
