The Best Ideas, The best ovens

I am wondering what is the best way to go about building an oven and things you will run into. And is it better to just buy a premade oven.

The oven I am looking to build would be around 90cu feet. These are my questions

1. Meterials used, medal/thickness
2. Insulation type
3. Heating elements used
4. Overall cost
5. Theormostat and other ods and ends that need to be addressed

All of the materials that the big guys use a readily available. I made a 4'X4'X6' 15,000 watt with circulating fan vertical oven for around $1800.00 and ten hours of my time. I have 96 cu. feet clear interior measurements. If you material list or photo's just email me at termite4@verizon.net.
