Default need to buy wiring??

my oven i done and ready to go all i have left to do is run the wiring from the burners to the box..do i need high temp wiring for this and do i have to use a sleeving over the wires to protect it from the heat..and what gauge wires from the burners and were to buy this high temp wiring?thanks guys..cj
