Default Proper heat elements

Hey im building a 30''x30''x40'' curing oven to do smaller car parts and what not. and i checked on the btu calculator site and they mention only needing about 3000 and change watts of heating elemtents i belive. but i see people using alot more on similar sized ovens.

i was planning on purchasing two of these elements http://www.buy.com/prod/CH2858_45492.../90142909.html

anyone have any feedback on my choice?

next we have to figure out powering them and also temp controls, can someone point me in the right direction? i havnt looked into it much but im start now that the frame of the oven is pretty much settled

thank you
