Not too much to update. I got the holes cut for the burner pans. I have to reroute the air duct. My original layout interfered with the rear burner pan. Still waiting on the sheet metal, maybe more tomorrow.

Here you can see I originally designed the duct to go straight down. I'll just split it around the burner with an outlet at both corners. And I realize the cuts look a little rough, freehand with a plasma , I've only dressed the edges of the one that has the poster board burner pan in it.

Well due to the weather the sheet metal won't be finished until Late Monday or Tuesday Morning. Then I have to bend it all. But my wire should be here tomorrow, so I can get it all wired and stuffed with insulation. I got the porcelain light sockets, the vent parts, and some control panel switches...etc. The vent is real simple:
1/2" street 90
1/2" floor flange
1/2" nipple
1/2" X 4" pipe
1/2" gas ball valve
All pretty cheap from Lowe's. I'm gonna' mount it in the upper middle right wall, and I can connect a hose or something to go outside.

My control panel will consist of:
The controller on the left
The fan speed control knob
The interior light rocker switch
The master on/off switch
A led above the master switch
Radio Shack had almost everything I needed for the control panel, except I can't seem to find the right potentiometer for the fan speed control. None stated what volts they could handle, just the ohms & amps. Maybe I'll just use a home light dimmer switch. I guess I'm gonna' have to bite the bullet and spend a few bucks for the master on/off switch, unless anyone has some info?

My wire won't be here until Monday, so I installed my lights and vent today and that's about all I can do until I get my wire. I used a 7/8" hole saw for the vent.

Sorry no pics...but, I finally have my wire. My relay(contactor) hasn't arrived yet though:

I also found a speed control switch for my fan:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...3745&rd=1&rd=1

And a kick-ass deal on an on/off switch:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...6557&rd=1&rd=1

No word on my outer sheet metal yet, the supplier has been backed-up, hopefully tomorrow. More later...

I see a lot of hits, but no feedback or criticism.
What does everybody think so far?

Well the sheet metal company is dicking around and the Ebay store I got the relay(connector) from are dicking around, so I haven't received either yet!!!
I've been working on my schematic. I'll try posting a pic, but after downsizing it, I don't know how it will come out. How can I post a big pic in my response? Any way, PLEASE somebody look over my electrical design, and tell me what's wrong with it, or what else it needs. I'm good with a wrench and a welder, but I could use some help in the electrical department.
