I'm not a pro at wiring (I still have to wire my oven), but you can upload your pics here http://photobucket.com/ and then copy and paste the IMG in your post.

Just a Q, do you have 120V elements cause they look like there wired that way.

If you can blow the pic up, or send it to me in a email, I'll look at it, and correct if nessiccary. I am an industrial electrician by trade, so it's all good WOrk with everything from 120V heaters to 15,000HP motors, and everything in between

Oh wait my bad, there's a green there, to ground??. but in reality, it should be white, Neutral. not ground. Nreutal is not a ground, even though it is grounded at your main breaker box. The 2 colors you should be using for either side your 240V are Red and Black. That way, between red or black you have 240V, but betweed either the red, or the black and Neutral(white) you have only 120 V to run the controller and relays etc.

Please, email me the schematic, I'll correct it. Don't want you smokin the contrller, or worse yet, electrocuting you or someone else

The first file didn't, but the second file did, thanks.
Now I just have to figure out the controller. I powered it up last night and was messing around with it. I have to figure out what options to use and how to program it. It has some type of self learning PID logic and adjustable peramaters to keep the temp constant with out cycling on/off so much and possibly burning out the relay. Also the J1 / J2 / SSR outputs are still confusing.

I'll read up on your controller later, great idea including the manual for me The learning feature's are great. WOrked wonders on my oven. It was overshooting originaly by 10-15 deg. now, it goes bang on, maybe 2 deg over, and recovers alot faster when I open the door. If your learingng feature's like mine, it worked best setting it for the acctual opperating temp 400* to learn. My book meantioned to learn it at only 200*.

Well the sheet metal company had some BS going on and still hadn't started on my project. I was about to take it to a different place when one of the employee's told me he could use the shops tools after hours and get it done in a few days at a discount on the labor. Works for me so...I got the burner pans cut and bent, and one installed. I have so much $@#% going on: Wife's 5 months pregnant, painting every room in the house, both sides of the family will be here for Thanksgiving!!, putting a motor in a hot rod, and trying to get this oven done to pay the bills. I'm going to quit putting the ...." maybe tomorrow I'll..., or maybe this weekend I should have....".......lol. It'll be done when it's done.....Stay Tuned
