Default Stripping an oven?

I have an old home oven that I want to use for parts to build a larger powder coating oven. What parts do I want to grab out of it?

I'm thinking of doing the same thing I was going to use both elements but I don't know what else to remove and if I need to rewire it different.

Get the thermostat, elements, terminal block, light fixture and glass cover, and window in the door. Also, any useful switches (especially pushbutton) and some of the wire with the spade connectors also comes in handy.

I simply took the whole wiring and controls. Extended as was needed and removed what wasn't. Works out pretty well.
