i have one oven for parts (still need another). the 2 elements have different wattage ratings....something like 2750w and 3500w. can these be used together (and with a presumably different rated 3rd element) and function correctly? i would presume that at some point inside the oven they came from that they were both used at the same time.
i'm just not sure if the lower rating of one would affect the max output of the other, or vice versa. thanks Dave |

Nope, you can use them just fine. Just have to make sure the wiring/contactor can handle each elements rating. One element will not affect the other element, but the wiring has to be sized for each element.
