Default Parts Trolley

I built an oven about a year ago with the help of this site and others.

Any ways I thought I share a tip with everyone.

I built my parts trolley using garage door track and the steel wheels for them (not plastic). In most case you can get this stuff for free by going to any garage door company in your area. I.e. Overhead door etc. They always install new track when they replace a door, and the stuff they pull out is usually free for the asking.

Ya that's a good idea. I used a barn door track.

Mike, I've been thinking that, but how do you seal the opening where the door meets it?

Hmm, ya, I think I need a way to seal it in mine. I have a vent outside, and forced fresh air from the shop. My shop is real small, and the oven is sticking out the wall. Need to vent fumes outside for sure.

I built a rack on wheels that has the garage door track mounted to the top. This rack roll up to the front of my oven and the track lines up with the track in the oven. I can then roll the trolley from this rack and into the oven. I then just move the rack out of the way and close the door. I will get some picture and post them.

I am not sure how to post the pictures. They are not coming up correctly. I put the pictures in my members gallery. Take a look at them here:
