Default 4x3x7 oven how many watts do I NEED

I have my 4x3x7ft oven framed and sheeted i was planing on using 3 2500watt heat elments,but iam worried that it will take to long to heat up.I have 4in of insulation and it is very sealed.Does any one have an oven about this size that can tell me how long it takes to heat up.I looked and the cal. cart and it says 7200 watts.?
