Thermostat
Anyone have a link to a thermostat that will work on a 9000 watt oven?

I can design a custom control box with thermocouple to run your oven and quote you a fair price if you are interested. It will be serviceable, more reliable, and more accurate than a thermostat. It would be similar to the one in the attached photo but would contain only the features you want or need.

That's interesting could you explain the "thermocouple" and what ever else that goes along with?
I think I'm going to run two controls, most likly 6 elements, (18 ohms each) 3 on the top 3 on the bottom. The top three would be for a pre heat only. They will be turned off once it reached the correct temp. I have plenty of high amp plugs in my shop so the high amp draw will not be a problem.
