Default omron e5c2 thermostat control

hey guys , does anyone have a better wiring diagram of the omron e5c2 thermostat , it is the analog one

i blew one up tonight im not sure how but whne i put power to it it smoked it

this is the thermostat that has the plug in base it uses a j type thermocople

i know the thermocouple goes to 1&2 then power going in is at 7&8 {i guess it doesnt matter if it is 120v or 220v

then i have it controling a contact that the 6 goes to one side and 4 goes to the other side of the coil contact

i had it hooked up to 220v it says its rated at 220 , maybe only 120v ? not sure , anyhelp would be awsome

thanks guys
